We collect personal data only when you fill in the demo request form or write to us.
We use it to answer you, nothing else. We don’t sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.
No advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and files come from our own site, not from third parties.
You can see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to contact@thinkonegroup.com.

1. Who is responsible for your data

HumanONE is offered by ThinkONE Research & Consulting (“ThinkONE”, “we”), in partnership with Imagine All The People. ThinkONE runs this website and is responsible, as data controller, for the personal data collected on it.

We apply the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

2. What we collect

Demo request form: your name, work e-mail, company, and, if you give them, your role, country, main interest and message. We also record that you accepted this policy, and when.
E-mails you send us: your e-mail address and what you write.
Technical data: like any website, our host processes your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
Your cookie choice, stored in your own browser (see Cookies).

We don’t ask for sensitive data. Please don’t include any in your messages. The HumanONE platform itself works on synthetic populations and needs no personal data about real individuals.

3. Why we use it, and for how long

4. Who receives it

Only the ThinkONE team members who handle your request can see your data. If your demo requires it, we share your name, company and request with our technology partner Imagine All The People (France), solely to prepare the demo.

We use these service providers, bound by data processing agreements:

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website, protects it from attacks and secures access to our content manager.
MailerSend delivers the demo requests to our team by e-mail; our e-mail provider delivers our replies.

Cloudflare is based in the United States. Transfers outside the European Union and Morocco are covered by safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

5. How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS only, so what you type in a form is encrypted in transit.
Demo requests are sent by e-mail to the people who handle them and are not stored on the website.
Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own site: visiting a page sends no data to Google, social networks or advertisers.
Forms are protected against spam bots without tracking you.

6. Your rights

At any time, and free of charge, you can:

Access your data and get a copy.
Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”).
Restrict how we use it, or object to its use.
Receive the data you gave us in a reusable format (portability).
Withdraw your consent. This doesn’t affect what was done before you withdrew it.

To exercise these rights, e-mail contact@thinkonegroup.com from the address you used with us, stating your request (for example, “Delete my data”). We answer within one month. If we can’t be sure a request comes from you, we may ask you to confirm your identity.

E-mail your request

If you think your rights aren’t respected, you can complain to a data protection authority: the CNDP in Morocco, the CNIL in France, or the authority of your EU country.

7. Cookies

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores a single item in your browser:

Any optional cookie, such as audience measurement, is used only with your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time in the cookie settings.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example if we add a service. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we’ll tell you by e-mail.
